We are a residential remodeling company looking to add to our great team of employees. We are recruiting individuals with proven experience in Residential Remodel Construction. We offer long-term employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
We specialize in residential remodels including kitchens, baths, additions, whole house rebuilds, and all interior and exterior upgrades, as well as new custom construction. Our jobs are generally located within Thurston County.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Experienced Carpenter will assist in the building a wide range of projects, which included residential remodels and new construction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collective team.
Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques & methods of installation.
We are looking for an individual with experience from foundations to finish work.
A strong desire to grow and excel in the trade.
An open mind to new ways of approaching tasks, as well as the ability to share your knowledge with co-workers.
Able to achieve the desired company expectations of quality work.
Valid WA State Driver License and decent driving history for insurability.
