This position requires previous HVAC experience and is a customer-facing residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home and complete the necessary installation or repairs with customer's satisfaction as your goal.
Position Responsibilities:
- Installing new furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless or other equipment as needed
- Test, troubleshoot, repair and service HVAC equipments and or components
- Supervision and training of installation helper in HVAC best practices
- Ensure customer's home is kept clean and free of damage and debris
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in equipment repair and or install
- Proficiency in refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Mechanical knowledge and field service experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Ability to pass the background check
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE
