service, and a team player. Must have a current driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Training provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks, such as loading and unloading tools, plumbing components, wiring, and well equipment.
Assist in the installation of pump systems and water filtration systems.
Clean and prepare work areas, removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols.
Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment such as drills, shovels, and trucks.
Load and unload materials.
Assist with setup and breakdown of the job site.
Cleaning and loading trucks with parts and equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Construction, plumbing or other labor experience or trade school a plus.
Possession of plumbing and electrical apprenticeship cards is a plus. If it does not have, must obtain within 60 days of employment.
Common sense.
Coachable/teachable.
Resides no more than 20-30 miles from office location.
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Must be able to lift 60lbs routinely.
Long periods of standing and moving.
Working in various weather conditions.
During busy season able to work overtime as needed.
