Diesel Truck Mechanic (Federal Way)
Established construction company in business over 50 years is seeking a swing shift diesel truck mechanic for immediate hire. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8PM, although hours may vary slightly at times.
Qualified applicants must have the following:
3 – 5 years experience in the diesel repair field
Our fleet is mainly Kenworth dump trucks
We also have a small fleet of Chevy pick-ups.
Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, air brakes, electrical, suspensions, differentials and transmissions.
Welding experience
A/C experience and knowledge a plus
The ideal candidate is someone who is a hard working team player with good communications skills with the ability to work independently and who takes pride in their work.
Organized and neat with paperwork
Valid driver’s license and a clean DOL record
CDL a plus
Must have own hand tools
Ability to lift 75 Lbs
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
This is a Safety Sensitive Position
