We're a top-end local home builder seeking a Site Superintendent. Our superintendents direct and supervise all phases of construction activities, schedule and coordinate subcontractors, work with the project manager to update the project schedule, and self-perform when needed.
Experience and skills preferred:
Minimum 10 years construction experience
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Excellent people and communication skills
Knowledge of construction codes and proficiency with technology and software programs
A self-starter with a positive attitude
The ability to perform these tasks on homes requiring a high level of quality
