What will be provided:
Clear communication training.
All PPE required to safely perform each job.
A wage depending on skill, work ethic, attention to detail, ability to learn, punctuality, respect. Meaning, if you do twice the work as your co-worker. You are compensated twice the amount. This world of pay to be on my phone does not exist.
Travel pay.
Regular reviews to determine wage increases or bonuses.
