We are a small shop in Auburn WA passionate about restoring and repairing classic cars and Hot Rods. Join our dedicated team of professionals who take pride in providing top-notch service and bringing classic cars back to life.

Job description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of all things classic car related. Repairs, engine swaps, conversions, and restorations. You will need good diagnostic skills, ability to work independently, team leadership and communication skills. Ability to weld MIG and TIG a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in classic cars

Perform conversions and customizations (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, etc)

Restore and refurbish vehicles to customer specifications

Ensure vehicles are running smoothly, with attention to detail and high standards

Collaborate with the team to complete full restores and custom projects

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years experience as a Mechanic with a focus on classic or vintage cars

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, including knowledge of older engines, wiring, and mechanical systems

Experience with classic car restorations and custom work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

ASE certification or equivalent training in classic car mechanics

Knowledge of performance tuning and modification for classic vehicles

ability to work with custom parts and aftermarket components

Fabricator Requirements:

Proficient welding skills with MIG (TIG is a Plus)

Rust repair and panel replacement

Eye for detail and innovation

Knowledge on how to form, fit, weld, Smooth Metal
