Reference Automotive in Bellingham is looking to hire a technician to work with us. Looking to pay the right person (tools, experience, attitude, etc.) up to $40/hr to start. Candidates do not need European or JDM mechanical experience, but would be a plus.

Ideal candidate would be somebody who is observant, has a good attention to detail, and a high level of organization Servicing vehicles based on what we can see, smell and hear. This job requires more than just following instructions- looking beyond what you are tasked with to identify small problems before they become larger. Experience and tools preferred but willing to train the right, motivated person. We care for our clients and we strive to take care of each vehicle as if it were our own.
