PAINTERS, we are looking for a quality CABINET PAINTER/FINISHER for our custom cabinet shop. Competitive wage to the right individual! Experience required applying stain, paint/lacquer & glaze. Ability to match custom color samples a must. Excellent compensation based on experience & qualifications! We also spray doors, trim, etc as necessary, sometimes on site as well. We'll also have siding, exterior trim to paint (in the shop, we paint before install). Plenty of work, we're backed up for months and years.
Requirements:
- Produce quality work with attention to detail & directions
- Ensure work area & spray equipment is clean, safe & well maintained
-Have experience with lacquer, stains, pre cats, glazes, etc.
- Possess effective time management skill to meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize problems & take corrective measures
- Work as a team and maintain positive environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift & maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Must speak and write English
- Must have valid Wa drivers license and good transportation
Full time position, fast paced work environment with occasional overtime. Medical/dental benefits at group rate after 90 days. PTO accrues with each 40 hour work week. Drug-free work place. We supply ferry fare to commute to Vashon. We do some work in Seattle/Tacoma/Kitsap and most on Vashon.
