Blower Door / Air Leakage Inspector – FLEXIBLE HOURS
We have an incredible opportunity for an individual with great customer service skills, willingness to learn and work for a GREAT company! Hours are flexible and the pay is competitive!
You will perform blower door (air leakage) and duct tests for new homes and remodels. This requires a small amount of lifting; setup of equipment; monitoring a diagnostic device; and documenting your findings. Experience with blower door testing, similar energy efficiency testing, or HVAC is highly preferred.
BPI certification is required but if necessary, we will train for the right candidate.
We serve Western Washington from Thurston to Whatcom County so reliable transportation is required as testing is done onsite and construction sites and testing locations vary from week to week. Test locations are primarily in King County.
This is a drug and alcohol free work environment. Customer service and communication skills are a must. As is the ability to manage a schedule.
Requirements
Experience with Blower Door or similar testing. BPI certification.
Lift lightweight equipment and set it up
Work independently
Manage a schedule
Reliable Transportation and a clean driving record
Legible note-taking and some math skills
Self Motivated and Self Starter with a Positive Attitude!
Must be drug and alcohol free
