theWRENCH, Ltd., is a 10-bay shop (but using only 3-lifts) here in Silverdale, Washington. I need your skill as a service writer and technician's skills for domestic and foreign automobiles. In addition to a service writer, I need three technicians. I pay well.
Technicians:
Primary need is to B-minus C+ level technician. But I need a total work horse (I am a hard working guy and require the same of people who work here). A person who is always looking for something to do and always doing something without being asked to do it. Because of your thorough inspections, you will generate business for the shop and commission money to yourself. (there is a base hourly pay or 14% of your sales, whichever is greater). We also need a general services technician who can do brakes, tune-ups and basic auto repair. This shop has a very good work environment to work in and is stable.
Service writer:
This is a superb opportunity for a Tuesday through Saturday service writer. Base plus commission. I need a total work horse here too. If you can grow this shop to its capacity of 10-bays and lifts, you will do very well for yourself. I prefer dealership experience but that is not a requirement. 5-years service writing experience would be perfect.
