Independent automotive service/repair facility is seeking to hire a technician. Company has been in business for over 25 years, has a loyal customer base and is growing at a fast pace with referrals and on-line reviews. Current employees have been working here a minimum of ten years, receive a steady paycheck and enjoy their jobs. Factory OEM parts are used on most service and repair procedures. We are a full service and repair facility for USA, Asian and some European make vehicles. ASE study guides and exams are provided and paid by employer. There is a Monday through Friday work week.
Qualifications:
Able to lift heavy objects, Valid drivers license, Able to drive various types of vehicles including manual transmission, Provide basic power and hand tool set (exceptions for entry position), Minimum 1 year experience or tech school graduate, ASE certifications a plus
Duties:
Oil changes, fluid changes, vehicle inspections, lighting replacement, tire replacement/repair/balance, brake reline, battery service/replacement, cooling system diagnosis/repair, removal and replacement of components for engine, transmission, heating/air conditioning, steering/suspension, power accessory, minor diagnostic troubleshooting
Compensation:
$21.00-$27.00 hourly, paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance paid in full for employee
