Our Company is seeking a production (buffing/laser welding) and packing expert to join our team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in adding shine to our products. With a keen attention to detail, you will help ensure memorials are perfect: headstones, urns and memorial jewelry that exceed our customers' expectations. As an integral part of our family-owned business, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the creation of exceptional memorial products that are meaningful.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize buffing tools and equipment to polish various materials.
Laser weld jewelry.
Conduct proper quality checks on engraved products to ensure accuracy and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Packing and assembly tasks as needed. Workflow will shift depending upon season, vacation schedules, etc. Flexibility is key.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to promote a secure and efficient working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure the timely completion of projects and a seamless workflow.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
