About Us: Westside Custom Cabinets is a family-owned business specializing in custom cabinetry and woodworking. With over 20 years of excellence, we pride ourselves on craftsmanship, quality, and a collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Cabinet Maker to join our team.

The Role: As an Apprentice Cabinet Maker, you will work alongside experienced craftsmen to learn the trade and contribute to the creation of beautiful, high-quality cabinetry. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to develop your skills in woodworking, finishing, and installation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction and assembly of custom cabinets

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools

Understand and follow detailed design plans

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Learn finishing techniques and apply finishes to completed projects

Participate in the installation process of cabinetry at client sites

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable transportation to and from the workshop
