We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Cabinet Finisher. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a career in a high-demand industry.
What You’ll Do:
As an Apprentice Cabinet Finisher, you’ll work closely with experienced finishers to learn all aspects of the cabinet finishing process, including:
Preparing wood surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking)
Mixing and applying stains, sealers, and topcoats (using spray guns and hand application)
Assisting with color matching and quality control
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Learning finishing techniques for various wood types and custom projects
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with tools
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
No prior experience required — just a genuine interest in craftsmanship and woodworking
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience in woodworking, painting, or other hands-on trades
Familiarity with basic hand tools or spray equipment
