As the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor / Lead Building Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operations and maintenance of our apartment community. Your primary responsibilities will include preventative maintenance, supervising the maintenance technician team, completing unit turns, work orders, HVAC repair, plumbing, drywall, vendor management, budgeting and meeting customer service goals. With your strong leadership skills and expertise in building maintenance, you will ensure that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

Train and lead the service team to ensure all occupancy, turn and maintenance goals are met.

Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.

Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.

Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; preventative maintenance, service request completion, and grounds keeping.

Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow up.

Oversee strategic planning and maintenance our property.

Handle reporting and data analysis related to maintenance.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field.

Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.

Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets.

Good communication and attention to detail.
