We are a software company actively seeking a part-time/full-time IT Support person to join our team. You must be self-motivated, with strong ability to complete work with minimal management. Must have excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. A very strong and dedicated work ethic.
Ability to accept and maintain responsibility, ability to communicate to all levels of users and management in written and oral form.
Required Technical Skills:
1+ years of IT experience
Experience supporting desktop, laptops, servers and printers
Experience with Microsoft, Mac, Sonicwall, Ubiquiti, Meraki, Cisco, Linux/Unix are preferred
Working knowledge of: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, hardware installation, troubleshooting
Proficiency with iPhones, iPad, Android and other mobile devices, Mac and Mac OS knowledge is a plus.
Ability to address network printer issues and solutions
Technical understanding of network protocols and services including: TCP/IP, DHCP
