We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Assistant to join our team. As an Information & Technology Support Assistant, under general supervision of the CTO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and networks, including providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing technical issues, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and assisting users with technology-related problems.

Our campuses in Bothell and Woodinville, WA, serve a diverse community of lifelong learners, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
This part-time, year-round position starts June 1, 2025, with the hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
Be able to work independently on daily maintenance of IT systems, networks, software, and hardware.
Be able to respond effectively to urgent technology related issues drawing on past experience.
Be able to prioritize and respond to tech support tickets.
Interact with program staff and students appropriately exhibiting grace and courtesy.
Manage and maintain inventory of IT related supplies and equipment.
Act as a point of contact for all technology-related issues and inquiries.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for additional technical support.
Perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years or older
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferable
One or more years of IT support experience, preferably in a school setting
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, IT systems, networks, and software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
SALARY/BENEFITS:
The salary range is $26 - $35 per hour, dependent on education, training, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, supplementary insurance, paid time off, 403b retirement plan, professional development allowance.
