Warehouse Inventory Planner III

Location: 100% onsite in Everett, Washington 98203

Target Start Date: August / September 2025

Contract Duration: 9 months (potential to extend up to 2 years)

Pay Rate: up to $27/hr depending on experience

Position Overview: This is an active, full-time warehouse position that requires continuous movement throughout the day. The role combines physical material handling with computer system usage. Candidates should expect to spend approximately 80% of their time on their feet performing warehouse duties and 20% performing computer-based tasks.

A day in the life: The team is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join the team. You will be responsible for processing materials in order to support our customer, the satellite production team. You will also interact with peer teams such as planning, quality, and EHS to ensure our processes result in positive outcomes for these teams. You are a problem solver and are comfortable performing a variety of procedures and troubleshooting standard tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted

Constant physical movement required including: walking, lifting, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and stooping

Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout entire shift

Key Responsibilities:

Perform active warehouse duties including material handling and movement

Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand carts

Use computer systems (SAP ERP, Excel) to record material transactions

Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites

Document process issues and maintain accurate records

Follow and maintain safety and quality standards

Support team training initiatives

Contribute to operational improvements

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work flexible shifts, including possible weekend days

Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently for safety and communication requirements

Physical ability to perform all essential functions listed above

Reliable transportation to work site
