Wildcard Dental is looking for a new technicians. We serve the dental and dental specialty community. This is a highly independent role in a flexible work environment. A mix of remote and onsite support is to be expected. Our clients expect prompt, professional service. Our client base is spread throughout King, Peirce and Snohomish counties. Prior experience with dental software a big plus, but not a deal breaker. You will be more successful overall with a strong understanding of Microsoft products and LAN/WAN networking.
Those who apply will have a professional level understanding of the following:
- Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Windows Desktop (Windows 10 & 11).
- Microsoft 365 Services.
- Google Workspace Services.
- AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Routers, firewalls & Switches.
- LAN/WAN/VPN.
Bonus points for the following:
- Unifi/Ubiquiti Knowledge.
- Basic low voltage skills (CAT6 termination, etc).
- Experience with dental management and imaging software.
- BackupAssist
- LogMeIn Central
- Threat Down
- Bootstraps Mentality
