About Us:
Located in the heart of Tacoma!at 205 Tacoma Ave S one block up from Stadium High School of “10 Things I Hate About You” fame.
Coven Collective is an R&Co Salon that is creative and inclusive- where beauty professionals can thrive and clients can indulge in top-notch services. We’re dedicated to fostering a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for beauty and excellence, in a non toxic environment that is heavy on the education and not on the gatekeeping.
What We Offer:
- Booth Rental Rate: $800/month full time & $400/part time
- Product Commissions: Enjoy a competitive 12% commission on products sold.
- Backbar/Towels/Capes/Washer-Dryer/Wifi & plenty of storage for your salon necessities.
(Plus, an adorable back room that has a shareable snack shelf -because we believe in snacking around here)
- Supportive Community: Collaborate with fellow beauty professionals in a friendly, creative atmosphere- we love to share knowledge and education when asked -around these parts.
- Marketing Opportunities: Take advantage of our salon’s marketing efforts to attract new clients this includes R&Co affiliate programs and exposure.
- Prime Location: Benefit from foot traffic and visibility in a bustling area, as well as the other providers and neighboring businesses sharing clients all the time- we don’t do competition we genuinely want everyone to succeed
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed cosmetologists & barbers
- Passionate about their craft and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow their own brand within our salon community.
- Friendly, professional, and ready to contribute to a positive work environment and be a part of a great team that is committed to learning and being consistently amazing
Requirements:
- Valid state cosmetology or barber license.
- All other appropriate city and government licensing.
- Liability insurance coverage.
- A positive attitude and a desire to succeed- we will support you in every way we can, at every step
