Responsibilities:
Excellent Hair Services
Fullfills front desk, administrative, clerical, marketing tasks when necessary
Contributes in maintaining shop cleanliness and safety standards
Uses critical thinking to independently problem solve
Ability to perform any and all other duties assigned by management
Retains clientele through excellent services and authentic relationship building
Maintains knowledge of current industry standards and trends
Recommends and sells appropriate salon retail products
Qualities we're seeking:
Knowledgeable and proficient in Color and multi-dimensional methods, Cutting, Styling, ability to work as a team member and independantly. Display professionalism, dependability, be punctual with upbeat pleasant attitude.
Organized, professional, accountable and knowledgeable of salon industry. Reliably demonstrate superior technical, interpersonal and communicative skills.
Ability to operate point of sales and scheduling systems, maintain sensitive client information confidentiality, as well as comfortable selling products and services consistently. Team work and flexibility are mandatory to ensure business objectives.
Experience preferred, must have current Washington Cosmetology License
