Welcome to House of Layo! A new(ish) salon in Issaquah offering all things wellness and beauty. Upstairs is the salon level. Walk into welcoming reception, coffee bar, retail, shampoo room and eight hair stations. Downstairs we have two infrared saunas with a shower, a second lounge area and our 'spa' room. Right now the room consists of three subdivided private spaces, two massage beds and one reclining chair for a variety of services.
We are in search of a Facialist to take over clientele.
Also open to Massage, Waxing, Reiki, Private Fitness Training, Pilates, etc. We are open to any service providers that align with our beauty + wellness mission.
Employment option: 50% commission
Daily rental one bed $150
Weekly rental one bed $550
Or rent the entire room for $3000/month
Rent includes: all utilities, internet, sound system, booking system, front desk services, storage space, towels, cleaning + cross promotion opportunities
Shared Amenities: break room, laundry room, reception areas, two bathrooms, client parking and a great backyard space with patio
