Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Member Specialists, fostering a culture of energy, empathy, and accountability.
Oversee daily member check-in processes to ensure fast, friendly, and flawless service.
Manage member account modifications—freezes, holds, and cancellations—balancing empathy with retention-focused solutions.
Develop and implement creative retention initiatives that reduce churn and boost loyalty.
Plan, coordinate, and host high-impact in-club events—wellness workshops, community socials, and fitness challenges—that drive engagement and referrals.
Monitor and analyze member feedback to proactively address issues and drive continuous improvement.
Produce and present weekly performance reports on check-in rates, retention trends, and event success, using data to guide strategy.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams on cross-functional projects to elevate the overall member experience.
What You Bring
2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume customer service or fitness environment.
Proven ability to coach and develop teams, driving them to exceed performance targets.
Exceptional communication skills—confident in both one-on-one interactions and group presentations.
Deep passion for hospitality and wellness, with a relentless focus on member satisfaction.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with membership systems and basic reporting tools.
