Job Description:
As the first point of contact for our customers, the Service Manager plays a crucial role in representing our brand and driving our success. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong sales and customer service skills, who is committed to upholding our core values.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve a minimum of $800,000 in service work revenue annually, maintain a 35% sales ratio, and an average job size of $1200. Self-generate at least 10% of all leads.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries within 24 hours and providing exceptional service.
Sales Process: Follow established sales procedures, utilizing our CRM system to track leads, manage projects, and document customer interactions.
Estimating & Quoting: Conduct thorough roof inspections, accurately estimate costs, and effectively present proposals to clients.
Project Management: Oversee service work to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Market Development: Network with industry professionals, actively seek new business opportunities, and leverage various marketing channels.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, submit contracts and reports as required. Attend meetings and training sessions.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven sales or management experience in the roofing industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and relevant technology.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
Base salary: $60,000
Commission-based bonus structure: 3% on sales up to $1.25 million, 4% on sales exceeding $1.25 million.
