PNW Luxury Cars of Seattle is looking to fill an important role here at our store! We run a small crew and are looking for a versatile stud to help us continue to grow our business.
WE NEED: someone to cover F&I for 2 days per week and sales for 3 days per week. This includes spinning paper, getting approvals, funding deals, answering leads, taking ups, answering phone pops, etc.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: someone with around 5 years of experience in the car business, but not too much experience to where he or she is ruined with bad habits from toxic environments. We are looking for someone young and hungry, someone who wants to make money while learning and growing. Some finance experience is strongly preferred but we can be sold if otherwise by the right candidate. We need someone with a positive attitude, clean cut demeanor, and self motivated mindset. Someone who takes pride in their contribution and has the fire to want to push the needle and make a splash here.
WE OFFER: A "share the pot" pay plan. No longer do you have to worry about fighting for your commission! Everyone works towards the same goal- adding as much gross as possible to get paid off the same bottom line! No cap on income but realistically should fall in the $12-16k+/month range. Our days typically start at 10am and end at 7pm (Sunday is 11am-6pm), we rarely stay late and (respectfully) dismiss customers at closing. You will have a 5 day work week with a 2 consecutive day off schedule. We also offer medical/dental benefits after 60 days of employment.
WHAT WE DON'T NEED: unnecessary drama, egos, drug problems, having to worry about not showing up on scheduled days, not coachable, not a team player, dishonesty, etc
