We are an industry leading real estate investment company based in Bellevue, WA that buys property direct from sellers. We buy houses, land, and commercial property nationwide. We are looking for a highly motivated, coachable, and an accountable individual who is a strong closer and a team player. During onboarding, training resources and coaching will be provided.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM (flexible on time)
In Office (Bellevue, WA)
Responsibilities
● Taking leads & live calls from property owners, building rapport, analyzing property, and submitting offers.
● Negotiating offers
● Learn to understand repair and renovation costs
● Guiding sellers on all of their options when selling a property
Qualifications
● Prior sales experience
● Ability to spend extensive time on the phone
● Work in office, located in Bellevue, WA
● Must be coachable and work well with a team
● Must work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
Compensation
● Base Starting Pay $20.00 p/hour (depending on experience)
● Commissions $60,000 - $100,000 Annually
