Guardian started in 2005 and we do residential Roofing, which includes repairs and maintenance, Gutter and Insulation services for homes and some businesses across the Puget Sound. The company has increased gross revenue by roughly 60% over the past five (5) years to $29M as a direct result of an outstanding local reputation and fielding an exceptionally strong, long-tenured team. We are continuing to grow and are on track to double the double the company’s size over the next five (5) years.
We are growing our team of Sales Specialist to support our growth and expansion plans and are seeking motivated and energetic individuals who enjoy learning, building rapport with customers and helping with their needs.
We offer:
-Uncapped commission, projected earnings are $125,000 - $225,000/yr
- $1,000 stipend during training period (2 months)

Must have:
- Ability to climb up a ladder
- Ability to be on roofs up to 40 ft tall
- Ability to maneuver tight spaces (attics) less than 1hr per day
- Prior Sales experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Driver's license and clean driving record
