Role Description:
HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative at Green Built Exteriors LLC. The role involves conducting sales presentations, building relationships with customers, providing top-notch customer service, communicating effectively, and developing new business opportunities in the residential services sector.
This is a full time commission based opportunity with all of your leads provided by in house marketing and confirmations. Our top Sales Representatives make up to $150,000 a year plus bonus. We are looking to add another Sales Representative to our team that is a real go getter, understands the importance of their role and knows how to sell to any customer, and doesn't take the first "not interested" as an answer to walk away.
Qualifications:
Must have a personal vehicle, drivers license and insurance (will receive monthly stipend)
Sales Presentations and Relationship Building skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
New Business Development Expertise
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales quotas
Entrepreneurial mindset
Able to hit monthly quotas and beyond
Experience in the construction or home services industry required
