Vortex VIP is looking for a proven, personable, productive Sales Professional (Business Development) who wants to build a big business with recurring income.

We are an established, well financed, cordial working environment with fellow staff members you will enjoy. This position is open immediately. You will work directly with our CEO as we contract with inns, resorts and vacation rental owners who want our comprehensive lodging management services.

The job is to initiate contact with prospects, respond to company generated leads, target your own leads, communicate in person, by phone, or email and follow-up, to ensure their questions are responded to in a timely manner, moving the sales process forward and building the basis for long and satisfying customer relationships. This involves client interaction, database management, and coordinating activities of staff.

Sorry this is not a remote work position. The job is office focused so we all collaborate for maximum sales results. Mostly the work is 9AM 5:30PM in our office on Seattle's Capitol Hill but sometimes calls on the weekend and early evenings happen.

But as your client grows, you will need to drive and meet with prospective clients mostly in the Seattle area and Western Washington. Occasionally even further away. As your clients expanded there could be overnight or multi-trips. You go wherever the work is and where you make the most money.

For this sales job you must be friendly, articulate and persuasive to help clients enroll to receive our unique and responsive lodging management services. You get a solid salary and high commissions.

We pay weekly, have no income cap, and offer sales bonuses, raises, promotions, and professional advancement. Our main office is located on Seattle's trendy Capitol Hill, Pike/Pine Corridor in art-loft offices, with high ceilings giant windows and an open office. We are seeking a professional who lives within easy commuting distance.

ABOUT VACATION RENTALS

The short-term home rental industry has been growing for years. We have designed and created robust lodging management software to deliver innovative advertising, marketing, and reservation services. We are NOT a timeshare company.

We provide hospitality-grade housekeeping, property maintenance, guest services, and owner relations in a number of geographic markets of the Washington Idaho, Oregon and British Columbia. We also manage and provide booking services to small inns, resorts, and other lodging providers and advertise on all major websites (such as BnB, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) as well as hundreds of others.

Experience:
