Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team for our automation platform - thingg.co. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to sell automation solutions to businesses that are seeking to automate their workflows. You will leverage your sales expertise to promote our automation and AI Agent solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets in exchange for equity ownership, generous and un-capped commission structure, and cash bonuses. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and understanding market trends in automation and AI, and provides significant growth opportunity.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of success in account management.

Familiarity with B2B sales processes, including business development strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals while maintaining positive client relationships.

Knowledge of retail sales techniques and technology sales is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
