About the Job

Integrated NW Construction is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and expand our network within the construction industry. This role is responsible for sales generation, outreach to past clients, lead generation, and developing relationships with industry professionals, including architects, real estate agents, and engineers, to establish reliable referral sources.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers to expand the company's reach.

- Collaborate with the General Manager and team to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.

2. Lead Generation and Networking:

- Conduct outreach to past clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

- Identify and pursue leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

- Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals to create a strong referral network.

- Represent Integrated NW Construction at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.

3. Marketing and Lead Follow-up:

- Utilize digital marketing strategies, social media, and traditional marketing techniques to promote brand awareness.

- Build content, make posts

- Provide regular metrics on sales performance, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.

4. Project Estimation and Bidding:

- Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, client interactions, and marketing efforts.

- Meet with prospective clients at their home or business, take detailed notes on the project, then write up a scope of work.

- Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work to understand the project requirements fully.

- Develop clear and comprehensive scopes of work, reflecting all necessary project components and specifications.

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects, including material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and other direct costs.

- Utilize historical data, industry benchmarks, and supplier quotes to ensure pricing accuracy.

- Analyze project costs, seeking opportunities for value engineering to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety standards.

- Meet with prospective clients to review the detailed estimates and sell jobs.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

- Collaborate closely with the operations and administrative departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Make recommendations regarding improvements to the sales process to ensure efficient lead management and conversion.

- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.

- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure the availability of required materials and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Proven track record of success in sales roles within the construction industry, with at least 5 years of experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, delivering measurable results.

Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales and networking.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

Knowledge of the construction industry, including common practices and key stakeholders, is preferred.

Ability and willingness to travel locally within Mason and surrounding counties.

Valid driver’s license

Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to seeing, hearing, speaking, bending, standing, climbing, stooping, and walking.
