Position Overview:

I am a tenured State Farm Agent and my team, and I are passionate about helping our customers understand and recommend the right level of insurance. This role can be very exciting, rewarding, and challenging for the right person. We work hard for our customers and if you enjoy developing relationships this a great steppingstone into a new career. You do not have to have an insurance background or experience, just the desire to learn. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products, policies, and coverage options.

Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently striving to increase sales volume and revenue.

Collaborate with team members, including underwriters and claims specialists, to provide comprehensive customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.

Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and policy details in the ECRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism and integrity, with a customer-centric approach to sales.

2+ years’ experience working in customer service or related fields

Active insurance license and relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
