We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Person. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles. From motorcycles to ATVs, UTV's, and more, you’ll be the go-to expert for all their needs.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assess their parts requirements.
Utilize product knowledge and inventory systems to locate and retrieve parts quickly and accurately.
Provide expert advice and guidance on parts selection, compatibility, and installation.
Process parts orders, including ringing up sales, accepting payments, and issuing receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a parts counter or automotive retail environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and their components is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
