Family Owned/Operated Independent Insurance Agency looking for reliable, highly motivated, customer-centric insurance sales professional to join our team!
Candidate would be full-time 40 hrs/week (M-F).
PL Account Manager would need to process new business, handle customer questions, billing, claims, changes to coverage, review policies, account reviews, multi-task, cross sell, and build relationships with current clients. The ideal candidate is prompt, professional, friendly and self-motivated.
Key Skills Required:
-Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
-Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in personal lines insurance sales or service.
-College degree preferred but high school diploma or graduate equivalent degree required.
-Active property-casualty license a plus but will train for the right person.
In order to be successful:
-Outstanding written and oral communication skills
-Good team building skills with an ability to work independently and/or with minimum supervision
-Highly motivated, goal oriented and organized individual that are driven
-Good customer service skills that can be applied to the sales process
-Maintain FPIS standards for client confidentiality
-Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
P&C License required within 90 days of DOH.
Compensation- Salary Plus Commission
PTO/Sick-Time/Holiday/Medical/401K
