We are seeking an aggressive salesperson focused on sales and marketing both
locally, as well as nationally, for a variety of products and services. You will be
supporting installation teams here and across North America.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have an absolute focus on excellence and will have responsibilities
that include but are not limited to:
Construction sales
Identifying and prospecting new customers
Constantly seeking new ways of putting company products and services in front of potential
customers
Maintaining relationships with current customers
Assist in overseeing the sales process from estimating to preparing contracts and follow through
Track jobs and invoices to completion
Proficient with computers and industry software programs, including Microsoft office products
Correspondence marketing
Skills / Qualifications / Education:
High School diploma or higher
Knowledgeable of parking lots, surface applied coatings
Must be skilled in reading blueprints, minimum 3 years
Excellent math skills
Excellent communication writing and grammar skills, able to transfer knowledge and job info to
others
Construction sales experience (Parking Lot industry experience preferred) minimum 3 years
