WANTED! POWERSPORTS SALES ASSOCIATE SALESMAN AT CLEM'S!
Are you passionate about powersports? Do you have a passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft? Do you have a knack for helping others find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and desires? If so, we want you to join our team!
As a powersports sales professional at Clem's, you will be responsible for working with customers to find the right powersports vehicle for them, as well as providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all sales are processed efficiently & accurately. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies in the powersports industry, and to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers from start to finish. We expect a green pea. You'll be well trained, and will have help along the process.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for powersports, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. We offer competitive compensation and benefits reimbursement after 90 days of employment, paid holidays, Sundays we're closed, so Sundays off!
Your schedule would be Sunday off and Tuesday off. During training period of 1 month, you'll have Sunday and Wednesday off (same days off as our trainer, Clay).
9am to 6pm for 4 shifts.
11am to 8pm on Friday. (this is a requirement, as we're open until 8pm on Friday nights! You'll have a true 2 days off, and rarely ever asked if you'd like to come in on a day off.
That said, we're a 50 year business, growing each and every year. This is a job opening that does not come up often and there is a REAL opportunity for great income!
Requirements: 18 or older, full time only, license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, typing, and that you ride.
Must be passionate about SOMETHING that you sell. Any category works, and you can learn the rest!
