Tribe Returns is a small family owned and operated real estate investing company hyper local to the Greater Puget Sound area, and active all over Washington State. We are hiring at least two more remote cold calling positions here are the details:
Responsibilities:
$18/h and $500 bonuses for every lead we close from you.
Weekly 1099 contract 4 hour shifts 5 days a week, either a day shift (9am-1pm) or evenining shift (3pm-7pm)
Operating a customer relations management software (CRM) through internet browser
Multi-line dialing.
Cold contacting home owners all over the state to see if they may be interested in a cash offer.
(This is a numbers game and we do not require you to sell a product or service. You will be trained with a simple one page script to reach out and identify potential leads with interest to sell their properties. Once you have qualified the lead, you simply hand off the process to one of our highly skilled acquisition specialists. We will close the deal and pay you a bonus of $500 in addition to your hourly compensation.)
Requirements:
Reliable and quiet home office set up: Internet connection, computer, and headset.
Effective and consistent professional communication
Consistent availability for day time or evening shift
