Edmonds, WA.
Here at Dental Laboratory, Inc. we create beautiful and esthetic crowns, bridges, implant
restorations, veneers, onlays and inlays, night guards and retainers, all designed with great precision and
care. We are a team-oriented company that are seeking self-motivated and responsible technicians to fill
several positions, including professionals specializing in Ceramics, Metal/Wax, CAD/CAM and model
work.

Pay: From $17–$20 per hour + Commissions
Job Description
As a Dental Lab Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing sales revenues. You will be responsible for reaching out to dentists and dental practices, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting our products and services. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients within the dental industry.
Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to dental offices to present our products and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and requirements to promote suitable products and services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Keep up to date with the latest dental industry trends and market conditions.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and engage with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
