TOM BIHN is a baggage designer, manufacturer, and direct-to-consumer brand based in Seattle, WA. Founded in 1972, we make bags for everyday carry, work, travel, day hiking, and more. We focus on using the highest quality fabrics to make thoughtful, timeless designs.

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep to join the TOM BIHN team, in our Seattle Factory Showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, handle transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. This position requires flexibility in cross-training for the Fulfillment role. When needed, you will be responsible for accurately processing and shipping orders.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as necessary.

Record and update customer information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency as needed.

Ensure all orders are fulfilled according to company standards and deadlines.

Restocking products as needed.

Prepare shipping labels and documentation, ensuring compliance with carrier requirements.

Assist with receiving and processing incoming stock and returns.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous retail or customer service experience of 2+ years preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay ranges from $19.00 - $22.00

Anticipate weekly work hours from morning to evening from 40 hours during peak periods
