If you love talking to customers on the phone, taking calls, following up and would enjoy helping vacation home owners increase their rental income and guest services, this is the job for you.

Vortex VIP is leading lodging company managing vacation rentals, inn and resorts. This job is to handle property owner inquiries, answer questions, respond timely, provide them with information and to coordinate with property owners out in the field. This is a business development selling position, no cold calling, that builds long time client relationships.

Base pay is $40, 000 to $50,000 plus monthly commissions of $500 to $1,500 per sale. Income range is $50,000 to $90,000. Job can be hybrid or in-office, but we ask you live within driving distance of our Seattle Capitol Hill office for occasional team meetings.

It is necessary to be comfortable with software and keep good records in our database systems. (We'll teach you.) The job is 9 am to 5:30pm but sometimes rarely an evening or weekend call.

You must be a friendly person and sound friendly, gather customer information articulate, and be persuasive to help clients enroll to receive our unique and responsive lodging management services.

We pay weekly, have no salary cap, and offer sales bonuses, raises, promotions, training and professional advancement. Our main office is located on Seattle's trendy Capitol Hill, Pike/Pine Corridor in art-loft offices with high ceilings and large windows. We are seeking a professional who lives within easy commuting distance.
