About the job:
Home based office with a flexible schedule.

Designer will be responsible for performing in-home residential consultations which include recommending products, styles, and colors while demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and customer support.
Discuss product function and explain benefits and advantages of each product.
Use of correct closing techniques for quick sales.
Accurately measure window openings for blinds and provide the customer a quote while in the home if possible.
Demonstrate outstanding customer care, follow up, and attention to detail.
Display of professionalism in appearance, communication, and delivery.
Requirements:
Experience in outside sales, preferably in the window coverings industry.
Reliable transportation, valid driver`s license and insurance.
Able to work full time, but part time is a possibility.
Computer competency to place orders, use Gmail / Google calendar, along with online capabilities.
Compensation:
Compensation is commission based with a very high earning potential of 100k + at Full-time (average sale of $4000).
