12am-8am
compensation: Starting wage is $24.00 per hour
2 weeks PTO, 10 paid Holidays per year (incentive pay if holiday worked)

Downtown Seattle Luxury Condominium seeking Permanent Graveyard Concierge.
Duties Include:
Building Security - Monitoring Entrances and Alleyways
Providing superior hospitality customer service to our residents
Handling all resident and guest interaction with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
Managing all aspects of the Front Desk including phones and emergency call system.
Accepting and notifying residents of deliveries
Fielding resident requests in person and via e-mail
Enforcing building policies
Basic reporting paperwork
Completing any other duties assigned by Management Team
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook an advantage
Must be able follow instructions
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
Display the ability to act without constant direction, to assess situations and recognize what needs to be done
Experience in Hospitality, Concierge or Security work preferred
