Loss Prevention Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
Improving company profitability by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective loss prevention programs to reduce exposure to theft and increase associate awareness
Overseeing the store’s Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) and product protection programs
Conducting internal investigations, surveillance, and apprehension in compliance with Kohl's guidelines
Developing and supervising loss prevention associates
Conducting inspections to ensure store complies with Kohl's policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications include:
1 year loss prevention/asset protection experience
1 year supervisory experience
