IT skills needed:
· General Microsoft networking and security as troubleshooting skills for escalated support tickets (ICM specifically)
· Experience with server networking and permissions, firewall, RemoteApp, SSL certificate renewal for maintaining Rackspace cloud servers and setting up new cloud customers.
· Experience with Azure, specifically we use virtual machines for the development servers and Azure Active Directory
· Experience with DNS, website updates, and SSL certificate renewal as it relates to Hostmonster and the Squarerigger website(s).
· Familiarity with Office 365, administration on things like user management, licensing, and Exchange mailboxes
· If old servers ever had to be turned back on:
o Comfortable with Hyper-V, Powershell, and virtual disks
o Comfortable with backup and recovery methods using PowerShell
