You’ll support our warehouse sales in Magnolia and help bring our neighborhood markets to life, all while getting a behind-the-scenes view of Seattle’s vintage and small business scene.

About the Role:

You’ll work directly with our team to support weekend warehouse operations and scheduled market days. This is a physical, customer-facing role; perfect for someone who likes variety, organization, and working with their hands. There’s a lot of movement, occasional tools involved, and the satisfaction of helping pull off a great event or beautifully reset space.

Market Day Support (Second Saturdays, Third & Last Thursdays)

Arrive on time and check in with Market Lead

Assist with vendor load-in/load-out and customer service

Represent Found Markets with friendliness and reliability

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40 lbs and perform regular physical tasks

Comfortable going up ladders, using tools, and moving furniture

Organized, helpful, and happy to pitch in wherever needed

Comfortable working independently once trained

Prior retail, event, or customer service experience a plus — but not required

Perks & Possibilities:
