These positions work at the heart of the dealership to support the sales and service teams, engage with customers and facilitate vehicle upgrade purchases for our customers.
Responsibilities
Assess the daily service department schedule to determine individuals who are or may be eligible for vehicle upgrades.
Engage with and welcome all customers, whether or not they are eligible for an upgrade.
Communicate and educate customers on their trade-in value and incentives available to them.
Connect the customer with an available Salesperson when a customer expresses an interest in an upgrade.
Represent the dealership with the highest level of professionalism, while providing prompt and responsive customer service.
Present a welcoming atmosphere and treat all customers with respect, while maintaining strict confidentiality with customer information.
Requirements
HS Graduation or equivalent.
One (1) year of retail sales or related experience.
Intermediate Computer experience with a variety of software, including MS Office.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
In accordance with RCW 49.44.240 this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.

Weekly pay $17.00 - $28 per hour dependent upon meeting performance objectives.
