Production Manager (Kitchen) is responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and controlling operating costs. They are key to ensuring food safety standards and hygiene procedures are met, in addition to supporting menu development and customer service.
We are seeking a Production Manager (Kitchen) to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers for both sites, Kent and Tacoma.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
Place production orders from customers
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Adhere to all safety and health policies and procedures
Calculate portions and cost due to change or upgrade of the menu.
Hiring kitchen personnel.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related kitchen duties.
Knowledge of production tools and restaurant equipment
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mexican and Latin food background.
Bilingual English/Spanish
