Full-time Supervisor
Ben Franklin is a family-owned and operated craft store that prides itself on exceptional customer service and customer experience. We build the people so the people can build the business. This position has opportunities to grow within the company.
Duties include:
-Opening and Closing duties including cash handling
-Ensuring excellent customer service to our customers
-Work with other employee to ensure high levels of productivity and quality of work
-Foster productive working environment
Position requires:
-Working an opening shift as early as 8am and closing shifts as late as 7pm
-Some flexibility in your schedule
-Consistently work at least one day on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
-Some retail and/or supervising experience
-Ability to work with all age groups and different skill levels of employees
-Must pass a background check
-Able to stand and walk for all or most of your shifts
