We are looking to fill a Shift Lead Position here at Pot Shop. For us that means on a daily basis your tasks will include but are not limited to: assisting customers, ringing up sales, checking ID's, cleaning and organizing. As a lead you will also ensure the rest of the team is performing these task as well as having the responsibility of opening and closing duties. Currently we are looking for someone who can work nights and weekends. This is a part-time starting position with about 4 shifts a week. This position can become full-time depending on work ethic.
Being able to work nights and weekends is a must. We are open EVERY DAY of the year.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. You should possess strong Customer Service skills and Attention to Detail. While we do not expect you to know everything about the industry we do expect you to have Business Awareness. Pot Shop is a small team of enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for helping others find and educate themselves on marijuana products. For a person to join our team you need to show exuberance in Interpersonal Skills. We expect timeliness and for employees to be responsible for their shifts. We have slow and busy times so we are looking for someone who can be self-motivated and keep up when things get hectic.
Basic Photoshop skills are a plus.
